 It was in the year 2003 that Max Forster founded Finer Power Transmissions, an organization that would change this Bearings and Power Transmission sector. It was initially a joint venture with Kaga Industries of Japan and New Contiland of China, which brought together global expertise and local market knowledge. Finer Power Transmissions quickly gained an international reputation as a top player in the industry, known by its top-quality products as well as exceptional service.

Then, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to start an own business, and later creating for the Forster Group. In addition to his work, Forster is an avid adventurer. Forster has completed the Kokoda Track, cycled across Mongolia's vast steppes, took on the famous Camino de Santiago, a 805-kilometer trip that he took on in just 28 days.

In the early 2000s Forster formed strategic alliances with Chinese manufacturing firms, thereby expanding his business operations worldwide.  In 2008, Forster came to the extreme decision to buy out all of the partners in his joint venture. This ensured the company's autonomy and independence.
